The   The Seventh Al-Mirbad Festival 2010 opened on the hall of the Oil Cultural Center , the festival was attended by Minister of Cultural Deputy, Basra Governor, Chairman of Basra Government Council and many Iraqi officials and senior officials of consulates in Basra. In addition to ambassadors of literature ,culture, and verse from different countries.
